Our restaurant chooses ingredients based on a sustainable, local and ethical philosophy reflecting a belief that we eat whatever we do to the earth.
Typical Sardinian cuisine, in the very heart of the Barbagia area, resulting as a mix of new flavors and traditional recipes, rich in history; one of the trademarks of local gastronomy is the truthfulness of the food proposals and the accurateness of the service.
