In Sa Mandra we want to offer you a menù consisting of healthy and genuine products from our farm and from companies in the Alghero area.
Sa Mandra is well-known for using top quality, seasonal ingredients –sourced from our own farm, as well as other local providers– as well as spacious, elegant and traditional surroundings.
Our restaurant chooses ingredients based on a sustainable, local and ethical philosophy reflecting a belief that we eat whatever we do to the earth.

S'Incontru: Tasting menu   € 50,00 

"S'Incontru", named after the Sardinian word for "encounter" or "meeting," is the classic tasting menu at Sa Mandra. This name reflects the core concept of their menu: a chance to encounter and experience traditional Sardinian cuisine through their curated selection of dishes. Typical Sardinian cuisine, in the very heart of the Barbagia area, resulting as a mix of new flavors and traditional recipes, rich in history; one of the trademarks of local gastronomy is the truthfulness of the food proposals and the accurateness of the service.

 

We are happy to prepare alternative dishes for vegetarians, celiacs, and people with other allergies or intolerances. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies you may have.

Guide Michelin 2024

Sa Mandra has been included in the MICHELIN Guide Italy 2024 as a new Bib Gourmand restaurant. The Bib Gourmand, which is the Michelin Man's smiling face licking his lips, is a symbol that indicates a restaurant that offers a good quality, good value cooking.
